"This was a well-prepared and delivered course, by a confident and enthusiastic trainer, who was well versed inthe knowledge required to deliver the course.

There was a good use of materials to ensure transfer of knowledge. The course although approved for CPC was being run for transport managers and would not be uploaded to the DSA database.

All aspects of course approval had been adhered to with the exception of section 2 of this report. This course would have been uploaded for one candidate; however, he had chosen not to include this as part of his 35 hours.

Overall the venue is excellent, the materials and handouts given to the candidates were reviewed and were of excellent quality, providing concise information. The presentation materials were varied using PowerPoint and DVD."
